Breast cancer survivor to strip for charity

A woman who survived breast cancer is to take part in a Calendar Girls-esque photo shoot to raise money for charity.
Lisa Morgan, a hairdresser from Abbeydale, Gloucestershire, was just 32 years old when she was diagnosed with the disease, thisisgloucestershire.co.uk reports, illustrating the need for cancer insurance.
However, she defeated the condition and is now baring all in order to raise funds and awareness about breast cancer.
Ms Morgan told the publication that it proves she is "still a woman" and may inspire others who experience the same ordeal.
"My husband Simon said I should do it. He said it stands for everything I have been through. It was a real spur of the moment thing," she commented.
In related news, spokesman for the singer and DJ Sonique yesterday announced that she is in a stable condition following breast cancer surgery.
The artist underwent a procedure at London's Harley Street less than a week after being diagnosed with the disease, illustrating the need for breast cancer insurance.
