Making a claim
  • The aim of the Over 50s Personal Accident Plan is to get financial help to you following any injury covered by the Plan. If you need to make a claim simply contact Chartis Direct as soon as reasonably practical after the accident and we’ll pop a claims form in the post to you.

You can call 020 8662 8101 or write to: Chartis Direct, 96 George Street, Croydon CR9 1BU.

Once the form’s completed you can return it to us along with any certificates and further information in support of your claim. We may also ask you to attend one or more medical examinations. We will pay the cost of any such examination plus reasonable travel costs, if you agree them with us beforehand.
