Making a claim
  • You’ll need to complete a claims form – this can be downloaded from this site or you can call on
    020 8662 8195 and we’ll pop a form in the post for you.

    Part A of the form should be completed by you and Part B should be completed by either your GP or the hospital consultant. Any fee charged for the completion of the form has to be paid by you. Once you have completed the simply send the completed form back to us to the address on the form.

    If we need to obtain further medical evidence we let you know who we have written to and will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your claim. The cost of any additional reports will be paid by us.

    We are committed to providing you with a first class service at all times, however, we recognise that occasionally you may be unhappy with some aspect of this service. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received you should contact one of the following:

    We will acknowledge your complaint and keep you regularly informed about the progress of your complaint. For complaints relating to claims, it may take us a little longer to respond to you, especially if we need to consult with medical professionals, however we will let you know what information we are waiting for.

    We will do our best to resolve the complaint quickly and will issue a final response letter to you addressing the issues raised. If we are not able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you may be entitled to refer any disagreement to the Financial Ombudsman Service to review your case, without affecting your legal right to take action.
